In the non-public sector, the right to informational self-determination offers protection against unauthorized processing of your data by all bodies that are not part of the public sector, for example commercial enterprises, freelancers and associations. The independent monitoring of non-public bodies in Schleswig-Holstein is also guaranteed by the Independent State Center for Data Protection.
